Hydrangea Flower by Airali Design
There is no written pattern for Airali, but I from fabartdiy hereby share 4 patterns of different sizes so you can arrange them into assorted bouquet, wish it helps.
Small:
Ch 5, join with a slip stitch to make a ring. (Ch 3, 2 tr in ring, ch 3, sc in ring) * 3 times. Fasten off.
Mid-size:
Ch 2; work 4 dc in 2nd chain from hook. (sl st; ch 1; 2 tr; 1 dtr; 2 tr; ch 1; sl st) in first dc. Work the same petal sequence (sl st; ch 1; 2 tr; 1 dtr; 2 tr; ch 1; sl st) in each of the remaining 3 dc stitches to create four petals in total. Slip stitch into the beginning ch-1 to close round. Fasten off.
Large size:
Magic ring. Rd 1: (Ch 3, DC in ring, Ch 3, sl St in ring) * 4 times. Close the ring, but do not tighten it up. You may need to be able to insert the hook into the ring when working on next Rnd. Rd 2: (Ch 3, SC in top of DC of previous Rd, Ch 2, SC into same top of DC, Ch 3, Sl St in the ring) *4 times. Close the magic ring tightly. Fasten off.
X-Large size:
Make a magic ring. Round 1: 6 sc in ring. Join with slip stitch in first sc. Round 2: Slip stitch to 2nd sc in ring. Chain 5, work 3-dtr cluster, chain 5. Slip stitch into next sc. Chain 5, work 3-dtr cluster, chain 5. Slip stitch into next sc. Chain 5, work 3-dtr cluster, chain 5. Skip 1 sc, slip stitch into next sc. Chain 5, work 3-dtr cluster, chain 5. Finish off. weave in ends.
